Complex and intriguing, this gin captures the force of nature that is Iceland. A classic juniper base and floral citrus botanicals are shot through with the earthy spices and a mineral wisp of ocean air. But what draws out its true Icelandic character are the notes of native arctic thyme, birch and mountain moss winding through to a lingering finish.
